Somnerva is committed to delivering your order promptly and reliably. Please review the following information regarding our shipping practices.

Shipping Coverage

Somnerva currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and the District of Columbia.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • Military or APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • International destinations

If expanded shipping coverage becomes available, it will be reflected on this page.

Free Shipping

All orders placed on somnerva.com include free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may occasionally extend beyond the standard window. If a significant delay affects your order, we will notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 2–4 business days depending on your location. Total time from placing your order to delivery is typically 3–9 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are primarily shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). The specific service level may vary by order and location and is at the discretion of our fulfillment team.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the USPS website or app.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@somnerva.com with your order number.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines outlined above. Each recurring shipment will generate its own shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can manage your subscription schedule, including skipping or rescheduling shipments, through your account at account.somnerva.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Somnerva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS, though delivery times may vary.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, as outlined in our Terms of Service. However, we want every order to arrive safely.

If your package appears lost, is confirmed as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@somnerva.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier and with you in good faith to resolve the situation, which may include filing a carrier claim, reshipping your order, or issuing a refund at our discretion.

For products that arrive damaged or defective, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for specific instructions.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at support@somnerva.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has entered processing or been handed off to our fulfillment partner, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
