Loop Subscriptions manages recurring billing, subscription preferences, and your customer subscription portal. They receive your account, payment, and order information to facilitate your subscription.
Email Marketing
Klaviyo provides our email marketing platform. They collect and process your email address, name, purchase history, browsing behavior on the Site, email engagement data (opens, clicks), and other behavioral data to enable personalized email communications and marketing automation.
Reviews
Okendo manages our product review system. They collect and process information you voluntarily provide when submitting a review, including your name, email address, review content, ratings, and any photos you submit.
Analytics and Session Recording
Microsoft Clarity provides analytics and session recording services. Clarity collects device information, usage data, and interaction data, and records anonymized session replays including mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behavior to help us understand how visitors use the Site and identify areas for improvement. Microsoft Clarity does not collect payment information or passwords.
Google Analytics provides website analytics services. Google collects device information, usage data, and geographic data to help us understand Site traffic and visitor behavior.
Advertising Platforms
