What each compound supports

Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate)
Magnesium glycinate is chosen for its high bioavailability and gentle absorption profile. It supports muscle relaxation, nervous system calm, and deeper restorative sleep. The glycinate form is preferred because it is well-tolerated and less likely to cause digestive discomfort than other magnesium forms.
Why the form matters
Not all magnesium is the same. Magnesium oxide — the most common form in cheap supplements — has significantly lower bioavailability. Magnesium glycinate is chelated (bound to the amino acid glycine), which supports better absorption and adds the calming properties of glycine itself. We use the glycinate form because the form of the ingredient matters as much as the ingredient itself.

Melatonin
Supports the body's natural sleep-wake cycle by signaling to the brain that it's time for rest. Included at a moderate 2mg dose — enough to support sleep onset without the next-day grogginess associated with higher doses.
